Aid Stations & Hydration:
Throughout the Tenacious Ten courses, runners will find aid stations approximately every 2 miles. These stations are well-stocked with water and sports drinks to keep you hydrated and energized throughout the race. Runners are encouraged to stay hydrated and make use of these resources as needed.
Medical Support:
For your safety, runners should report any issues to the nearest volunteer or staff member, who will provide immediate assistance or direct you to medical help. In any emergency, call 911.
Toilets:
Portable toilets will be strategically placed along the course, near each aid station, for your convenience. They are intended to ensure that all participants have access to restroom facilities without significant detours from the race path.
Safety and Course Markings:
The routes for the Tenacious Ten will be clearly marked and staffed with volunteers to guide you through the correct path and to provide encouragement. It's important to stay on the marked course for your safety and to ensure accurate timing.
Spectator Areas:
Spectators are encouraged and welcome! They can cheer on runners from designated areas along the course, particularly at Gas Works Park's start and finish lines. Remember, runners love the energy and support – don't forget to bring cowbells and signs to cheer them on!
Note:
Please remember that while course support is there for safety and encouragement, each runner is responsible for their well-being and should prepare appropriately for the race conditions.
